  • Glass Jar with a lid (a pint canning jar works great)    
  • 1 cup Water    
  • Food Coloring    
  • 1 cup Oil (we used vegetable oil)    
  • 2 teaspoons Dish Soap

Water Fireworks
We will make water fireworks to study density.
You will need:
  • Water    
  • Oil    
  • Food Coloring (Any color of your choosing)    
  • 16 oz clear glass    
  • Another 16 oz clear glass    
  • A Fork

Cloud Dough
We will make cloud dough. 
You will need 
*1/4 cup oil (vegetable, canola, or whatever you have on hand) 
*2 cups flour 
*oil based food color (opitional) 
*Glitter (optional)

Materials you will need:
  • Roll of Aluminum Foil 
  • Pennies
  • Bucket or tub of water
  • Paper
  • Pencil


We made paper airplanes to compare to the hoopsters on Tuesday, September 15 at 7:45.
You only need 8X11 paper that you can fold easily.
